Our adult classes are designed for dancers and movers ages 17+ with all levels of experience. Whether you are returning to dance, trying something new, or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, our classes provide a welcoming and supportive environment to learn, grow, and move with confidence.

Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a versatile and expressive style that blends elements of ballet, modern, and jazz technique. This class focuses on movement quality, musicality, creativity, and emotional expression while building strength, flexibility, and technical skills.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a controlled and mindful form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the body from the inside out, with an emphasis on core strength, stability, posture, and flexibility. This low-impact class uses bodyweight exercises performed on a mat to improve overall strength, balance, and body awareness.

This class is highly recommended for dancers who attend conventions, auditions, or are interested in pursuing more professional opportunities in the dance industry. Dancers will learn how to stand out in auditions by improving their ability to quickly pick up choreography, strengthen improvisation and performance quality, and build confidence speaking in front of others. The class will also cover important industry skills such as creating a dance resume, audition etiquette, professionalism, and developing confidence both inside and outside the studio.

Ballet is the foundation of all dance styles and focuses on developing proper technique, strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, and artistry. Dancers will build strong technical skills while improving musicality, discipline, and performance quality in a structured and encouraging environment.

Advanced Ballet
Advanced Ballet is designed for dancers with multiple years of ballet training and a strong technical foundation. Dancers in this class should be comfortable performing fouettés, grand allegro combinations, and at least a triple pirouette. Classes focus on advanced technique, artistry, strength, flexibility, and performance quality.

Intermediate Ballet
Intermediate Ballet is intended for dancers continuing to build their technical foundation and overall understanding of ballet terminology and technique. Dancers in this class may be working toward clean double or triple pirouettes while developing strength, control, and confidence in more complex combinations.

Beginning Ballet
Beginning Ballet is designed for dancers who are developing foundational ballet technique and learning ballet terminology. Dancers in this class may be working toward clean single or double pirouettes while focusing on posture, alignment, flexibility, strength, and basic ballet vocabulary.

 

Ballroom is a fun and energetic class that introduces dancers to the fundamentals of partner dancing and ballroom technique. Dancers will learn a variety of ballroom styles while developing coordination, musicality, posture, confidence, and performance skills. This class is highly recommended for dancers who attend conventions, as ballroom is commonly included in convention classes and auditions. Classes focus on basic technique, partnering skills, rhythm, and style in a positive and engaging environment.

Our group bass classes provide a fun, collaborative, and hands-on environment where students learn the fundamentals of bass guitar while developing confidence as musicians. Classes focus on building strong rhythm and timing, understanding basic music theory, creating grooves, and learning how to play alongside other musicians. Students will also explore improvisation, musicality, and performance skills while building a solid technical foundation in a supportive group setting.

This class is designed for advanced dancers who are interested in exploring the creative process of choreography and developing their own artistic voice. Dancers will learn the fundamentals of creating choreography, including musicality, movement composition, staging, transitions, and teaching techniques. Throughout the class, each dancer will have the opportunity to create and teach original choreography to their peers before recording their work. This class is intended for dedicated dancers looking to grow as performers, leaders, and creators. Acceptance into this class is required, and it is not open for general enrollment.

Combo classes are designed for dancers who want to improve their versatility, performance quality, and ability to quickly pick up choreography. Each week, dancers will learn a new combination in a variety of styles, helping them grow in adaptability, musicality, retention, and confidence while training in a fast-paced and encouraging environment.

Advanced Combo
Advanced Combo is intended for dancers with multiple years of training who are able to quickly retain choreography and perform at an advanced technical level. This class focuses on style, performance quality, musicality, and advanced movement combinations in a fast-paced setting.

Intermediate Combo
Intermediate Combo is designed for dancers who are continuing to develop their technical skills while learning how to quickly pick up and retain choreography. Dancers will build confidence, versatility, and performance quality through combinations taught in a variety of dance styles.

Dancer Pilates is a mat-based conditioning class specifically designed to support the strength, flexibility, control, and stability needed for dance training. This controlled and mindful class focuses on strengthening the body from the inside out, with an emphasis on core strength, posture, alignment, balance, and injury prevention. Using low-impact bodyweight exercises performed on a mat, dancers will improve overall body awareness, flexibility, endurance, and muscle control to enhance both technique and performance quality.

Our group guitar classes provide a fun, collaborative, and encouraging environment where students learn together while building a strong musical foundation. Classes focus on foundational guitar techniques, basic music theory, rhythm, chord progressions, and overall musicianship. Students will have opportunities to play alongside their peers through group exercises and jam sessions, helping build confidence, listening skills, and performance ability in a social and supportive setting.

This class focuses on developing improvisation and freestyle skills through guided movement exercises, creativity training, and performance-based activities. Dancers will learn how to confidently create movement in the moment while improving musicality, artistry, and self-expression. Improv is highly beneficial for dancers who attend auditions and conventions, as improvisation is often an important part of the audition process. This class helps dancers build confidence, versatility, and comfort performing both individually and in group settings.

Our Intro to Dance classes are designed for dancers who are brand new to dance and looking for a fun, welcoming introduction to the studio environment. These classes offer a low-pressure and encouraging atmosphere where dancers can explore a variety of dance styles all within one class. Students will learn basic rhythms, foundational movements, coordination, musicality, and simple choreography while building confidence and creativity. Intro to Dance is the perfect opportunity for new dancers to try different styles and discover what they love most about dance.

Ages 2–6
An engaging and playful introduction to movement and music designed to build coordination, creativity, confidence, and classroom skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Ages 7–11
A beginner-friendly class where dancers will explore multiple dance styles while learning foundational technique, musicality, rhythm, and simple choreography at a comfortable pace.

Ages 12–16
Designed for older beginner dancers who want to explore dance in a welcoming and encouraging environment while building confidence, foundational technique, coordination, and performance skills.

Our Intro to Music class is designed for children ages 2–6 who are beginning to explore the world of music in a fun, interactive, and supportive environment. This foundational class introduces young students to basic music concepts including rhythm, beat, tempo, listening skills, and simple music theory through hands-on activities and creative play. Classes may include group singing, percussion instruments, movement activities, and beginner instrument exploration to help students develop coordination, confidence, creativity, and a love for music from an early age.

Our group keyboard classes provide a fun, interactive, and social environment where students learn the fundamentals of piano and music together. Classes combine individual keyboard instruction with collaborative activities such as ensemble playing, ear training, rhythm exercises, and music theory games. Students will develop foundational keyboard technique, musicality, timing, and performance confidence while learning alongside their peers in an engaging and supportive setting.

This class focuses on developing the strength, flexibility, technique, and control needed for leaps and jumps. Dancers will work on proper body placement, height, power, flexibility, and landing technique while improving overall performance quality and execution.

Advanced Leaps
Advanced Leaps is designed for experienced dancers working on more difficult and dynamic leap skills such as switch leaps, ninjas, 540s, and other advanced jump variations. This class emphasizes power, flexibility, control, and technical precision.

Intermediate Leaps
Intermediate Leaps focuses on building strong foundational leap technique while improving height, flexibility, strength, and overall execution. Dancers will work on proper form, timing, and control as they progress toward more advanced leap skills.

Pointe is designed for dancers who have been previously approved by an instructor to begin pointe training. This class focuses on developing the strength, alignment, control, and technique required for safe and successful pointe work. Because pointe training places significant demands on the body, all dancers must receive instructor approval before enrolling. Pointe shoe fittings and recommendations will be done under the guidance and direction of the instructor to ensure proper fit and support.

Pom is a high-energy dance style that combines strong jazz technique with the sharp, precise movements commonly seen in cheer and dance team performances, all while dancing with pom-poms. This class focuses on synchronization, performance quality, precision, stamina, and clean technical execution. Pom is an excellent class for dancers interested in pursuing college dance teams, professional dance teams, or pro sports entertainment opportunities.

Pre-Pointe is designed for dancers who are interested in preparing for future pointe work by building the strength, technique, and alignment necessary for safe pointe training. This class focuses on strengthening the feet, ankles, legs, and core while improving balance, control, and overall ballet technique. Pre-Pointe is also an excellent supplemental ballet class for dancers of any level looking to increase flexibility, foot articulation, ankle strength, and overall stability.

Our songwriting class is designed to help students turn ideas, emotions, and experiences into original music. Students will learn the fundamentals of song structure, including verses, choruses, and bridges, while developing skills in lyric writing, melody creation, storytelling, and musical expression. This class also encourages creativity, collaboration, and confidence through opportunities to share original work, receive constructive feedback, and refine songs in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Strength & Stretch is designed for dancers looking to improve overall strength, flexibility, balance, and body control with a focus on dance-specific conditioning. This class targets the muscles most important for dance technique, helping dancers increase flexibility, prevent injury, improve endurance, and build the strength needed for turns, leaps, extensions, and overall performance quality.

Tap is a fun and rhythmic dance style that focuses on creating sounds and rhythms through precise footwork and musicality. This class is highly recommended for dancers who attend conventions, as tap is commonly included in convention classes and auditions. Dancers will learn foundational tap technique, timing, coordination, progressions across the floor, and choreography combinations while developing rhythm, performance quality, and overall versatility as a dancer.

Technique classes focus on building a strong foundation in jazz technique through turns, leaps, flexibility, strength, musicality, and across-the-floor progressions. Dancers will improve overall technical execution, body control, performance quality, and confidence in a structured and encouraging environment.

Advanced Technique
Advanced Technique is designed for dancers with multiple years of jazz and ballet training and a strong technical foundation. Dancers in this class should be comfortable performing clean triple pirouettes and have experience with à la seconde turns. This class focuses on advanced turns, jumps, flexibility, strength, control, and performance quality.

Intermediate Technique
Intermediate Technique is intended for dancers looking to deepen their understanding of jazz technique while continuing to strengthen their technical foundation. Dancers in this class may be working toward clean double or triple pirouettes and developing intermediate-level turns, leaps, and across-the-floor progressions.

Beginning Technique
Beginning Technique is designed for dancers who are building foundational jazz technique and overall body awareness. Dancers in this class may be working toward clean single or double pirouettes while focusing on proper technique, coordination, flexibility, and beginner-level progressions across the floor.

Turns classes focus on developing strong turning technique, balance, control, spotting, body placement, and consistency. Dancers will work on improving pirouettes, à la seconde turns, fouettés, and advanced turning combinations while building strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Advanced Turns
Advanced Turns is designed for dancers who already have a clean triple or quadruple pirouette and strong technical control. This class focuses on highly advanced turning combinations including à la seconde sequences, fouettés, floats, spot changes, and complex transitions. Dancers will continue developing precision, endurance, control, and performance quality at an advanced level.
